I know for a fact it’s old school salami made by a co-op at Byron Bay. These guys make salami because they just love making it! It’s a soft firm salami, not hard full of rich abundant flavours. I absolutely love this one as well as the whole range!
This one packs a little bit of heat, that’ll keep salivating for more. Must have cold wine or beer at hand.
